Ingredients:
2 large egg whites
1 large egg
3/4 cup(s) low-fat (1%) milk
1/4 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Salt
2 teaspoon(s) margarine or butter
8 slice(s) firm whole wheat bread
Maple syrup (optional)
Fresh blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees F. In pie plate, with whisk, beat egg whites, egg, milk, vanilla, and 1/2 teaspoon salt until blended. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt 1 teaspoon margarine on medium.
2. Dip bread slices, 1 at a time, in egg mixture, pressing bread lightly to coat both sides well. Place 3 or 4 slices in skillet, and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides.
3. Transfer French toast to cookie sheet; keep warm in oven. Repeat with remaining margarine, bread slices, and egg mixture. Serve French toast with maple syrup and berries if you like.

营养又美味的早餐食谱
水果燕麦牛奶
材料：即食燕麦片2大匙，鲜奶1杯，苹果1/4个，香蕉1/2根，葡萄干若干。
做法： 1.燕麦片用半杯热开水冲泡。 2.香蕉去皮，切片，苹果切丁。 3.鲜奶加入燕麦片中拌匀，再加入香蕉，苹果，撒上葡萄干就可以吃了。
香橙薄饼
材料：面粉100克、鸡蛋2个、牛奶200克、蜂蜜2勺、橙子屑2勺；2、所有材料混合均匀； 3、烧热平底锅，涂薄薄一层油，倒入适量的面糊，晃动锅子摊成一张薄饼；4、中小火，等到边上翘起表面凝固了，翻一面，双面黄色就可以了。5、淋上蜂蜜卷上橙子果肉，就可以吃了。
1、原料：花椰菜一棵、豆浆一碗、车打芝士50g、黄油10g、番茄沙司2勺、盐胡椒适量；2、豆子提前泡一夜，加上四倍的水放入食品料理机，高速的打4分钟；3、倒出一大杯放微波炉高火5分钟，直接喝；另外较浓稠的一半，用来做汤；
4、加入洗好的花椰菜，打成细腻的蔬菜豆浆汁备用；5、热锅融化黄油，倒入打好的蔬菜豆浆汁中火搅动，沸腾后加入车打芝士、胡椒、盐，继续搅拌5分钟；6、淋上番茄沙司，一份香滑好喝的蔬菜浓汤就做好了。

美食DIY 自制松露巧克力 浪漫诱人的午后点心

Recipes for Valentine's Dinner

Invite your sweetheart into the kitchen to help you with the cooking. Pour a glass of Champagne--a splendid aperitif--and share the pleasure of creating a memorable evening together.
Seafood Stuffed Avocados 
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup flaked cooked crabmeat
1/2 cup cooked small shrimp
2 tablespoons peeled and diced cucumber
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 pinch paprika
1 avocado
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, mix the crab, shrimp, cucumber, mayonnaise, and parsley. Season with salt, and pepper. Cover, and chill until serving.
Slice the avocados lengthwise, and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado, leaving about 1/2 inch on the peel. Spoon the seafood mixture into the hollowed centers of the avocado halves. Sprinkle the tops with paprika.
Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze 
INGREDIENTS
2 (4 ounce) filet mignon steaks
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup dry red wine
DIRECTIONS
1.Sprinkle freshly ground pepper over both sides of each steak, and sprinkle with salt to taste.
2.Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place steaks in hot pan, and cook for 1 minute on each side, or until browned. Reduce heat to medium-low, and add balsamic vinegar and red wine. Cover, and cook for 4 minutes on each side, basting with sauce when you turn the meat over.
3.Remove steaks to two warmed plates, spoon one tablespoon of glaze over each, and serve immediately.
Easy Asparagus 
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup sliced purple onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
lemon pepper to taste
10 spears fresh asparagus
2 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon crushed whole wheat crackers
DIRECTIONS
1.Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Mix in onion and garlic, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper. Cook and stir until tender. Place asparagus in the skillet, and cook 8 minutes, turning occasionally to coat with seasonings. Sprinkle wine into the skillet, and scrape up any browned bits.
2.Transfer asparagus to a shallow dish. Drizzle with remaining mixture in skillet, and dust evenly with Parmesan cheese and crushed whole wheat crackers.
Strawberries Flambeed in Vodka with Hot Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS
2 large scoops vanilla ice cream, softened
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup white sugar
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
2 fluid ounces vodka
DIRECTIONS
1.Stir together the vanilla ice cream and hot pepper sauce in a medium bowl. Place in the freezer until firm.
2.Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Stir in the sugar until dissolved, then add the strawberries. Cook, stirring occasionally until the strawberries are hot. Pour the vodka over the berries, and carefully light with a match. Let the flames burn off, then remove the pan from the heat.
3.Scoop the hot ice cream into two bowls, then divide the strawberry vodka sauce between them. Serve immediately.

學生：因為有仙女幫助她，給她漂亮的衣服，還把南瓜變成馬車，把狗和老鼠變成僕人。
老師：對，你們說得很好！想一想，如果辛黛瑞拉沒有得到仙女的幫助，她是不可能去參加舞會的，是不是？
學生：是的！
老師：如果狗、老鼠都不願意幫助她，她可能在最後的時刻成功地跑回家嗎？
學生：不會，那樣她就可以成功地嚇到王子了。（全班再次大笑）
老師：雖然辛黛瑞拉有仙女幫助她，但是，光有仙女的幫助還不夠。所以，孩子們，無論走到哪裏，我們都是需要朋友的。我們的朋友不一定是仙女，但是，我們需要他們，我也希望你們有很多很多的朋友。下面，請你們想一想，如果辛黛瑞拉因為後媽不願意她參加舞會就放棄了機會，她可能成為王子的新娘嗎？
學生：不會！那樣的話，她就不會到舞會上，不會被王子遇到，認識和愛上她了。
老師：對極了！如果辛黛瑞拉不想參加舞會，就是她的後媽沒有阻止，甚至支持她去，也是沒有用的，是誰決定她要去參加王子的舞會？
學生：她自己。

學生：（過了好一會）午夜12點以後所有的東西都要變回原樣，可是，辛黛瑞拉的水晶鞋沒有變回去。
老師：天哪，你們太棒了！你們看，就是偉大的作家也有出錯的時候，所以，出錯不是什麼可怕的事情。我擔保，如果你們當中誰將來要當作家，一定比這個作家更棒！你們相信嗎？

5. Go on an edu-date. Taking classes on anything from Italian to film bonds you and introduces you to new things.

Beautiful music I've ever heard...About Gay love story...
The music video for this is about 2 gay boys in a very religious community that decide to come out one day. Is all about their struggle and how someday they will be together. This is personally one of my favorite songs, even if i can't understand a word he's saying. The meaning of the song is so much more then the words, and i love it.

The power of your subtle actions
One day, when I was a freshman in high school,
I saw a kid from my class was walking home from school.
His name was Kyle.
It looked like he was carrying all of his books.
I thought to myself, 'Why would anyone bring home all his books on a Friday?
He must really be a nerd.'
I had quite a weekend planned (parties and a football game with my
friends tomorrow afternoon), so I shrugged my shoulders and went on.
As I was walking, I saw a bunch of kids running toward him.
They ran at him, knocking all his books out of his arms and tripping
him so he landed in the dirt.
His glasses went flying, and I saw them land in the grass about ten
feet from him...
He looked up and I saw this terrible sadness in his eyes .
My heart went out to him. So, I jogged over to him as he crawled
around looking for his glasses, and I saw a tear in his eye.
As I handed him his glasses, I said, 'Those guys are jerks.'
They really should get lives.' He looked at me and said, 'Hey thanks!'
There was a big smile on his face.
It was one of those smiles that showed real gratitude.
I helped him pick up his books, and asked him where he lived.
As it turned out, he lived near me, so I asked him why I had never seen him before..
He said he had gone to private school before now.
I would have never hung out with a private school kid before.
We talked all the way home, and I carried some of his books.
He turned out to be a pretty cool kid.
I asked him if he wanted to play a little football with my friends.
He said yes.
We hung out all weekend and the more I got to know Kyle, the more I liked him, and my friends thought the same of him.
Monday morning came, and there was Kyle with the huge stack of books again.
I stopped him and said, 'Boy, you are gonna really build some serious
muscles with this pile of books everyday!' He just laughed and handed me half the books.
Over the next four years, Kyle and I became best friends..
When we were seniors we began to think about college.
Kyle decided on Georgetown and I was going to Duke.
I knew that we would always be friends, that the miles would never be a problem.
He was going to be a doctor and I was going for business on a football scholarship..
Kyle was valedictorian of our class.
I teased him all the time about being a nerd.
He had to prepare a speech for graduation.
I was so glad it wasn't me having to get up there and speak .
Graduation day, I saw Kyle.
He looked great.
He was one of those guys that really found himself during high school.
He filled out and actually looked good in glasses.
He had more dates than I had and all the girls loved him.
Boy, sometimes I was jealous!
Today was one of those days.
I could see that he was nervous about his speech.
So, I smacked him on the back and said, 'Hey, big guy, you'll be great!'
He looked at me with one of those looks (the really grateful one) and smiled.
'Thanks,' he said.
As he started his speech, he cleared his throat, and began
'Graduation is a time to thank those who helped you make it through
those tough years.
Your parents, your teachers, your siblings, maybe a coach...but mostly
your friends....
I am here to tell all of you that being a friend to someone is the
best gift you can give them.
I am going to tell you a story.'
I just looked at my friend with disbelief as he told the first day we met.
He had planned to kill himself over the weekend.
He talked of how he had cleaned out his locker so his Mom wouldn't have to do it later and was carrying his stuff home.
He looked hard at me and gave me a little smile.
'Thankfully, I was saved.
My friend saved me from doing the unspeakable..'
I heard the gasp go through the crowd as this handsome, popular boy told us all about his weakest moment.
I saw his Mom and dad looking at me and smiling that same grateful smile.
Not until that moment did I realize it's depth.
Never underestimate the power of your actions..
With one small gesture you can change a person's life.
For better or for worse.
God puts us all in each others lives to impact one another in some way.
Look for God in others.

分手前的一碗馄吨
分手前，女人请男人这天，白云酒楼里来了两位客人，一男一女，四十岁上下，穿着不俗，男的还拎着一个旅行包，看样子是一对出来旅游的夫妻。
服务员笑吟吟地送上菜单。男的接过菜单直接递女的，说：“你点吧，想吃什么点什么。”女的连看也不看一眼，抬头对服务员说：“给我们来碗馄饨就行了。”
服务员一怔，哪有到白云酒楼吃馄饨的?再说，酒楼里也没有馄饨卖啊。她以为自己没听清楚，不安的望着那个女顾客。女人又把自己的话重复了一遍，旁边的男人这时候发话了：“吃什么馄饨，又不是没钱。”
女人摇摇头说：“我就是要吃馄饨!”男人愣了愣，看到服务员惊讶的目光，很难为情地说：“好吧。请给我们来两碗馄饨。”
“不！”女人赶紧补充道，“只要一碗!”男人又一怔，一碗怎么吃?女人看男人皱起了眉头，就说：“你不是答应的，一路上都听我的吗?”
男人不吭声了，抱着手靠在椅子上。旁边的服务员露着了一丝鄙夷的笑意，心想：这女人抠门抠到家了。上酒楼光吃馄饨不说，两个人还只要一碗。她冲女人撇了撇嘴：“对不起，我们这里没有馄饨卖，两位想吃还是到外面大排挡去吧！”
女人一听，感到很意外，想了想才说：“怎么会没有馄饨卖呢?你是嫌生意小不愿做吧?” 这会儿，酒楼老板张先锋恰好经过，他听到女人的话，便冲服务员招招手，服务员走过去埋怨道：“老板，你看这两个人，上这只点馄饨吃，这不是存心捣乱吗?”
店老板微微一笑，冲她摆摆手。他也觉得很奇怪：看这对夫妻的打扮，应该不是吃不起饭的人，估计另有什么想法。不管怎样，生意上门，没有往外推的道理。
他小声吩咐服务员：“你到外面买一碗馄饨回来，多少钱买的，等会结帐时多收一倍的钱!”说完他拉张椅子坐下，开始观察起这对奇怪的夫妻。
过了一会，服务员捧回一碗热气腾腾的馄饨，往女人面前一放，说：“请两位慢用。”
看到馄饨，女人的眼睛都亮了，她把脸凑到碗面上，深深地细了一口气，然后，用汤匙轻轻搅拌着碗里的馄饨，好象舍不得吃，半天也不见送到嘴里。
男人瞪大眼睛看者女人，又扭头看看四周，感觉大家都在用奇怪的眼光盯着他们，顿感无地自容，恨恨地说：“真搞不懂你在搞什么，千里迢迢跑来，就为了吃这碗馄饨?”
女人抬头说道：“我喜欢!”
男人一把拿起桌上的菜单：“你爱吃就吃吧，我饿了一天了，要补补。”他便招手叫服务员过来，一气点了七八个名贵的菜。
女人不急不慢，等男人点完了菜。这才淡淡地对服务员说：“你最好先问问他有没有钱，当心他吃霸王餐。”
没等服务员反应过来，男人就气红了脸：“放屁！老子会吃霸王餐？老子会没钱？”他边说边往怀里摸去，突然“咦”的一声：“我的钱包呢?”他索性站了起来，在身上又是拍又是捏，这一来竟然发现手机也失踪了。男人站着怔了半晌，最后将眼光投向对面的女人。
女人不慌不忙地说道：“别瞎忙活了，钱包和手机我昨晚都扔到河里了。”
男人一听，火了：“你疯了!”女人好象没听见一样，继续缓慢的搅拌着碗里的馄饨。男人突然想起什么，拉开随身的旅行包，伸手在里面猛掏起来。
女人冷冷说了句：“别找了，你的手表，还有我的戒指，咱们这次带出来所有值钱的东西，我都扔河里了。我身上还有五块钱，只够买这碗馄饨了!”
男人的脸刷地白了，一屁股坐下来，愤怒的瞪着女人：“你真是疯了，你真是疯了！咱们身上没有钱，那么远的路怎么回去啊?”
女人却一脸平静，不温不火地说：“你急什么？再怎么着，我们还有两条腿，走着走着就到家了。”
男人沉闷的哼了一声。女人继续说道：“二十年前，咱们身上一分钱也没有，不也照样回到家了吗?那时侯的天。比现在还冷呢!”
男人听了这句，不由的瞪直了眼：“你说，你说什么?”女人问：“你真的不记得了?”男人茫然的摇摇头。
女人叹了口气：“看来，这些年身上有了几个钱，就真的把什么都忘了。二十年前，咱们第一次出远门做生意，没想到被人骗了个精光，连回家的路费都没了。经过这里的时候，你要了一碗馄饨给我吃，我知道，那时候你身上就剩下五毛钱了……”
男人听到这里，身子一震，打量了四周：“这，这里……”女人说：“对，就是这里，我永远也不会忘记的，那时它还是一间又小又破的馄饨店。”
男人默默地低下头，女人转头对在一旁发愣的服务员道：“姑娘，请给我再拿只空碗来。”
服务员很快拿来了一只空碗，女人捧起面前的馄饨，拨了一大半到空碗里，轻轻推到男人面前：“吃吧，吃完了我们一块走回家!”
男人盯着面前的半碗馄饨，很久才说了句：“我不饿。”女人眼里闪动着泪光，喃喃自语：
“二十年前，你也是这么说的!”说完，她盯着碗没有动汤匙，就这样静静地坐着。
男人说：“你怎么还不吃?”女人又哽咽了：“二十年前，你也是这么问我的。我记得我当时回答你。要吃就一块吃，要不吃就都不吃，现在，还是这句话!”
男人默默无语，伸手拿起了汤匙。不知什么原因，拿着汤匙的手抖得厉害，舀了几次，馄饨都掉下来。最后，他终于将一个馄饨送到了嘴里，使劲一吞，整个都吞到了肚子里。当他舀第二个馄饨的时候，眼泪突然“叭嗒”往下掉。
女人见他吃了，脸上露出了笑容，也拿起汤匙开始吃。馄饨一进嘴，眼泪同时滴进了碗里。这对夫妻就这和着眼泪把一碗馄饨分吃完了。
放下汤匙，男人抬头轻声问女人：“饱了么?”
女人摇了摇头。男人很着急，突然他好象想起了什么，弯腰脱下一只皮鞋，拉出鞋垫，手往里面摸，没想到居然摸出了五块钱。他怔了怔，不敢相信地瞪着手里的钱。
女人微笑的说道：“二十年前，你骗我说只有五毛钱了，只能买一碗馄饨，其实呢，你还有五毛钱，就藏在鞋底里。我知道，你是想藏着那五毛钱，等我饿了的时候再拿出来。后来你被逼吃了一半馄饨，知道我一定不饱，就把钱拿出来再买了一碗!”顿了顿，她又说道，“还好你记得自己做过的事，这五块钱，我没白藏!”
男人把钱递给服务员：“给我们再来一碗馄饨。”服务员没有接钱，快步跑开了，不一会，捧回来满满一大碗馄饨。
男人往女人碗里倒了一大半：“吃吧，趁热!”
女人没有动，说：“吃完了，咱们就得走回家了，你可别怪我，我只是想在分手前再和你一起饿一回。苦一回!”
男人一声不吭，低头大口大口吞咽着，连汤带水，吃得干干净净。他放下碗催促女人道：“快吃吧，吃好了我们走回家!”
女人说：“放心，我说话算话，回去就签字，钱我一分不要，你和哪个女人好，娶个十个八个，我也不会管你了……”
男人猛地大声喊了起来：“回去我就把那张离婚协议书烧了，还不行吗?”说完，他居然号啕大哭，“我错了，还不行吗?我脑袋抽筋了，还不行吗?”
女人面带笑容，平静地吃完了半碗馄饨，然后对服务员：“姑娘，结帐吧。”一直在旁观看的老板张先锋猛然惊醒，快步走了过来，挡住了女人的手，却从身上摸出了两张百元大钞递了过去：“既然你门回去就把离婚协议书烧了，为什么还要走路回家呢?”
男人和女人迟疑地看着店老板，店老板微笑道：“咱们都是老熟人了，你门二十年前吃的馄饨，就是我卖的，那馄饨就是我老婆亲手做的!”说罢，他把钱硬塞到男人手中，头也不回地走了……
店老板回到办公室，从抽屉取出那张早已拟好的离婚协议书，怔怔地看了半晌，喃喃自语地说：“看来，我的脑袋也抽筋了……”
分手时想想以前，那个陪你甘苦与共的人，一路走来。其实你们的故事并不短。时间慢慢过去，那些感动却一点一点封存。其实最疼你的人不是那个甜言蜜语哄你开心的人。也许就是在鞋底藏5元钱。在最后的时候把最后一点东西省着给你吃，却说不饿的人……

關於您轉調部門的提議，經過董事家長會開會討論，以下決議事項向您說明:
因您當初面試時的職務為情人，標準與要求一開始就跟朋友不同，
雖然試用期間你的表現不好差點被開除，
但念在你苦苦哀求且信誓旦旦的說明你可以改進與昇任，才予以留任。
情人屬於正職工作，與兼職的朋友部門不同，當然責任與工作相對也比較多，
但是薪資及福利保證優於朋友部門，
情人有按摩、親親、抱抱及陪同參予家庭聚會與煮宵夜的紅利與福利，
還有很好的升遷管道，可以升為老公、爸爸、阿公...等，這些絕對都是朋友部門所沒有的。
最後，因目前朋友部門沒有職缺，情人又是重要職務，
因此在未尋獲新人或職務代理人並完成交接前，
先將您轉調到備胎部門，這個部門的人員不需要每天面對老闆，應該可以暫時讓您的責任跟壓力不那麼大。
等情人職務有人可以交接時，可再將您轉調到地下情人部門，
當然若屆時朋友部門有缺也可轉調到朋友部門，或是您要離職也可以，當然自動離職是沒有遣散費的。

A peaceful demonstration to stop the WTO talks quickly escalates into a full-scale riot, and soon a State of Emergency is declared by the Mayor of Seattle. The streets are mayhem, and the WTO is paralyzed. Caught in the crossfire of civil liberties and keeping the peace are Seattle residents, including its beleaguered mayor (Ray Liotta), a riot cop on the streets (Woody Harrelson) and his pregnant wife (Charlize Theron). The choices they all make will change their lives forever.
Writer/Director Stuart Townsend brings together this talented ensemble to intertwine different points of view from protesters and police to delegates and doctors -- each of whom intentionally or accidentally find themselves on the streets of Seattle in those last days of the millennium. Townsend seamlessly merges footage of the real event with his fictional narrative. Ultimately, Battle in Seattle illustrates that even against incredible odds, ordinary people can change the world.

I'm excited after watching this film. Though I'd never heard about the battle in Seattle as I was only 13 years old at the time of protest. Until Clive talked about this movies in the Governance Class, I become more aware to this event. I thought Globalization is a good deal for everyone, at least for most... I don't know there are a group of people so anti-Globalization.
I'm wondering why controversies with WTO aren't being discussed on a larger scale. This should be an issue that people should be concerned about, Business Students in particular.
Thankful that Stuart Townsend has done us a favor by introducing the issues in a format that is riveting, informative, and inspirational. If there's one thing Battle in Seattle does best, it's that it fires you up to take action any way you can.
Since these matters are important to all of us, I would highly recommend this film to people who has viewed this journal.
How to make summer dessert!
双皮奶
1、烧开牛奶（小火）
2、烧开后倒入碗里待凉
3、打蛋清，打散
4、这时牛奶也凉了，表面结了奶皮
5、掀起奶皮一角，把牛奶倒回锅里加糖打均匀（注意哦，不要把奶皮弄破，要把它还留在碗底一层）
6、轻轻搅一搅蛋清就和牛奶融合在一起了，如果蛋清事先没打过，那么怎么搅蛋清都是一块块的，不均匀（混合完毕后，把混合物倒入刚才底层有奶皮的碗中，一定要小心啊，不要把奶皮弄破）
7、盖上保鲜膜，上锅蒸
最后说说制作要点和重复一下制作顺序
奶锅里热一碗牛奶，沸后倒入小碗等待冷却。这时，往大碗中注入鸡蛋清（大鸡蛋一个，小鸡蛋两个），适量白糖，搅拌。待及小碗中的牛奶冷却，小心刺穿奶 皮，缓缓倒牛奶入大碗。如果操作得当，那层奶皮将稳妥地躺在小碗的碗底。好，把大碗中的蛋清白糖牛奶们搅拌均匀，再缓缓地，（千万要缓缓地）注回小碗。如 果操作得当，原先小碗底部的奶皮浮起，覆盖在混合液上。入锅，蒸。适时起锅，冷却，新的奶皮生成。是谓双皮奶。
杏仁豆腐（做法比较多）
原料：甜杏仁３０克 白糖５００克 冻粉１５克 鲜牛奶适量 京糕丁［注］、蜜桂花各少许
制法：
１、郾甜杏仁洗净，用开水泡透后去皮，再用搅拌器磨成浆状，然后用纱布滤去料渣，即得杏仁汁；冻粉放入碗中，加入适量清水，上笼蒸化后取出，再用纱布滤去杂质，即得冻粉液。
２、郾净锅上火，倒入杏仁汁和冻粉液，放入白糖和鲜牛奶，烧沸搅匀后，起锅盛入一方形盘内晾凉，再放入冰箱内冷藏，至凝结成冻时取出，用刀划成小块，装入碗中，撒上京糕丁、蜜桂花即成。
［注］京糕即山楂糕，是用山楂泥加糖制成的。
华中地区杏仁豆腐
原料：杏仁粉５０克 冻粉１０克 炼乳１听 白糖２５０克 食用香精少许
制法：净锅上火，掺入适量清水，下入冻粉烧沸，待冻粉溶化后滤去杂质，再下入杏仁粉、炼乳、白糖和食用香精，搅匀煮透后，起锅盛入一方形盘中晾凉，然后放入冰箱中冷藏，至凝结成冻时取出，用刀划成小块，装入碗中即成。
华南地区杏仁豆腐
原料：粟粉２５０克 甜杏仁１５０克 鲜牛奶２０００克 白糖１０００克 鸡蛋清１５０克
制法：
１、郾粟粉放入盆中，加入鲜牛奶５００克调成稀糊状，再加入抽打起泡的鸡蛋清，搅匀即成粟粉糊；甜杏仁用开水泡透后去皮，再下入清水锅中煮软，然后加入鲜牛奶１０００克、白糖５００克，烧沸后起锅盛入容器内晾凉，再放入冰箱中冰镇，即成杏仁糖水。
２、郾净锅上火，放入剩余的鲜牛奶、白糖及适量清水，烧沸后倒入调好的粟粉糊搅匀，用小火煮至起大泡时，起锅盛入一方形盘内晾凉，再放入冰箱中冷藏，至凝结成冻时取出，用刀划成小块，装入碗中，浇上杏仁糖水，即成。
杏仁豆腐
主料：杏仁25克，冻粉15克。
配料：江米25克，蛋清1个。
作料：白糖200克。
制 法：
1、将杏仁用温水泡开，把二层皮剥掉，用刀拍碎。江米淘净后泡约半小时，捞出研成泥（如量大可用小磨碾成汁），添凉水50克解开，用布将汁滤出。2、 碗内添水100克，放入冻粉、杏仁汁上笼，用大武火蒸化，取出搅匀，倒在净盘内，放入冰箱里冷冻凝固。3、锅放火上，添水500克，将糖倒入化开，同时将 鸡蛋清打散倒入，沸起时撇去浮沫，盛入海碗内，放入冰箱。4、待杏仁豆腐凝固后取出，坡刀改成象眼块，待糖水在冰箱内冻凉后，将杏仁豆腐块倒入糖水内，形 如豆腐，浮在糖水上面。
特点：汤凉甜，豆腐入口即化。
杏仁豆腐
【来源】民间方
【原料】苦杏仁150克 洋菜9克 白糖60克 奶油60克 糖桂花 菠萝蜜 橘子 冷甜汤各适量
【制作】1.将苦杏仁放入适量水中，带水磨成杏仁浆(建议用热水先期浸泡，至苦杏仁微苦或不苦）。
2. 将锅洗净，放入冰水150克，加入洋菜，置火上烧至洋菜溶于水中，加入白糖，拌匀，再加杏仁浆拌透后，放入奶油拌匀，烧至微滚，出锅倒入盆中，冷却后，放 入冰箱中冻成块，即为杏仁豆腐。用刀将其划成棱子块，放入盆中，洒上桂花，放上菠萝蜜、橘子，浇上冷甜汤或汽水，即可食用。
【用法】可做点心吃。适宜于夏季早、晚食用。
【功效】利肺祛痰，止咳平喘。适用于各种咳嗽、气喘的辅助治疗。
杏仁豆腐
材料：
1．鲜奶450克、鲜奶油50克
2．糖60克、琼脂1．5大匙
3．杏仁露2大匙
4．焦糖；砂糖100克、热水4大匙
作法：
1．材料1煮开；材料2拌匀，加入材料1中，煮至溶解，关火，再放入杏仁露拌匀，入模待凉凝固。
2．将糖置入锅中，不断搅拌，小火煮溶，再加入热水，煮约1分钟，关火待凉，即成焦糖。
3．杏仁豆腐切块，淋上焦糖即可。
小秘诀：
1．煮焦糖须注意糖溶时温度很高，因此加热水时要小心，以免溅出。
2．另一种吃法为加糖水及水果丁。
杏仁豆腐 （满汉全席）
所属菜系：满汉全席 豆制品
制作原料：甜杏仁、冻粉、樱桃、桔子
白糖、香蕉精、牛奶。
制作方法：【制作及食用过程】
(1)杏仁去外皮，放入磨子内磨成杏仁汁，过滤后放入热锅，加入牛奶烧开， 待用。
(2)冻粉熬成胶汁，糖加水熬制成糖水。净瓷益内加入胶汁、糖水、杏仁汁 搅匀，冷却后放入冰箱冷冻，凝成豆腐状。
(3)食用时，将豆腐用刀划成菱形状，大汤碗内放入冷冻糖水及香蕉精，将 杏仁豆腐推入糖水内，放入桔子、樱桃即成。
明胶粉10克，水（明胶用）3大匙，芒果（罐装）1、5只份，牛奶5大匙，鸡蛋1只，水2杯，精制砂糖60克，鲜奶油1/4小匙，水（蛋糊粉用）2小匙。
制作：
将明胶粉撒入适量的水中，搅拌至溶化。
1、将一半芒果榨汁，和牛奶溶化，用万能过滤器过滤。
2、剩余的果肉切成1厘米见方的小块。
3、将鸡蛋打入碗中，搅拌至出现泡沫。
4、锅中放入适量的水煮沸，加入精制砂糖煮至溶化后熄火，加入明胶，搅拌溶化至温度变温热。
5、4中加入鲜奶油搅匀，用万能过滤器过滤，加入3，再加入用适量水溶化的牛奶蛋糊粉搅匀。
6、加入1和2搅拌。
7、将6倒入模具，放入冰箱冷冻约2小时。
牛奶冻
材料准备：
1、牛奶
2、一包棉花糖 （袋装，各大超市均有销售）
3、水果 （种类不限，看个人喜爱）
制作方法：
1、将牛奶倒入锅内加热
2、再将棉花糖倒入锅内搅拌融化
3、待棉花糖完全融化后关火倒入容器中备用
4、将水果切成丁状后，适量加入盛有牛奶棉花糖的容器中，再放入冰箱内冷冻3个小时（最好放在冷藏室内冷冻而不要放在冷冻室内冷冻）
5、3个小时后，从冰箱取出后冰淇淋奶酪就做好啦！
这道冰淇淋奶酪的特点是：
1、制作方法简单
2、制作好的冰淇淋奶酪象果冻一样，晶莹剔透，吃到嘴里的感觉也很象果冻， 略微带点甜味，滑溜溜的，非常可口。
也可以在牛奶中加入巧克力，做成巧克力幕斯哦！
蓝莓优格慕斯
夏日炎炎，来一杯清爽润滑的蓝莓优格慕斯，带走炙热与不快。
材料：蛋黄2个，砂糖50克，吉利丁片4片，原味优格200克，柠檬汗15克，奶油200克，蓝莓果酱适量。
做法：
1、蛋黄打发至淡黄色，缓缓倒入煮溶的砂糖，用打蛋器搅拌均匀。
2、倒入柠檬汁拌匀。
3、软化后的吉利丁片热溶后加入。
4、倒入优格，搅拌均匀。
5、打发奶油分次倒入拌匀后，分杯冷藏。
6、加入蓝莓酱。
